What does Vietnam-style pizza mean at LeoLen?

At LeoLen, Vietnam-style pizza means handmade, Italian-inspired pizza made with local Vietnamese ingredients. Our pizza has a dough base, not the rice-paper base of bánh tráng nướng. This describes our kitchen’s approach, not a traditional pizza style shared by every restaurant in Vietnam. Leo, our owner, brings the same local-ingredient approach to our Italian–Vietnamese fusion pasta, with chicken wings for the table to share.

At LeoLen. Comfort is about the welcome as much as the food. Leo wants you to relax, dig in and feel at home, with dishes prepared with care for your table. Can vegetarians and meat eaters choose from the same menu?

Look at the ingredients and ask about preparation if you have a dietary requirement. A dish with mushroom in its name may still contain seafood, and vegetarian does not automatically mean vegan.
